Week 11 and Week 12

Week 11
I found Google Docs to be a very useful took for collaberations with work colleagues. It provides a space for everyone to view a document and add, delete or change information and for everyone to see what changes have been made.

Week 12
Social Networking Sites like Facebook or Twitter can be another means to reach out to our patrons and let them know what is happening in their local library. It also gives them an opportunity to make comments or suggest ideas.

Wrap-Up
I have learnt some valuable information about Web 2.0 tools and have already begun to think about ways of implenting these tools into my work, including starting a Children's Blog.
